Our Blueridge range of solid and engineered premium hardwood flooring is sourced from North America and Canada from sustainably managed forests. We work with partners we trust and who have a similar ethos who distribute our products to the end user market. We also work closely with selected Architects and Specifiers to develop quality flooring solutions for high end commercial and residential property developments and refurbishments.  We have developed a reputation in the industry for the quality of our wooden flooring products, but what sets us apart from other flooring suppliers is our service led, ethical approach to doing  business.

We differ from many other flooring suppliers by providing a complete specification to installation servicewhere required. If there is a difficult profile to match up to around a circular staircase for instance, we will work with the Archictect and Contractor to find a solution, we’ll manufacture the profile ourselves and we’ll fit it too

BESPOKE FLOORING
We offer a bespoke service for Architects and Specifiers actively sourcing and supplying specialised flooring products to order such as american black walnut, american black cherry flooring, Merbau, Hickory, Wenge, Teak, European Oak, Santos Mahogany and other exotic or specialist wood floors. We can also supply wide board, woodblock and parquet floors in a vast range of finish options.

We have a firm committment to environmental concerns and will always endeavour to supply our flooring from sustainably managed sources.  FSC products can also be sourced to order

End of tenancy cleaning

We offer reliable and quick end of tenancy cleaning service, specialising in end of tenancy cleaning for all tenants and Landlords all over London. All we need is 24-hour notice to organise the end of tenancy cleaning for you. Please note our end of tenancy cleaning does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Please find below our end of tenancy cleaning task list:

Kitchen:

Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; Clean inside/outside of oven; Clean inside/outside microwave; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen countertops; defrose freezer; Clean hob/ grill; Sweep and wash hard surface floors; discale and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator.

Bathrooms:

Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and discale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; Scrub and discale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.

Bedrooms:

Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove litter; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet edges; Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.

Living room:

Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, Polish table, Clean and polish all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames, Remove litters;

Hallway:

Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs.

Price: £11 per hour per person

Please note: There is a requirement for minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit. You are responsible for providing all the cleaning materials and equipment needed for the cleaning. If you would like we can provide the cleaning materials, but the price will be £13 per hour per cleaner.
